These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dynotrix mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by Jupiter Meta ("we", "us", "our", "Dynotrix"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Dynotrix. By accessing or using the App, you accept these Terms in full.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or the laws of your jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply).
Dynotrix is designed for use in controlled motorsport environments. Any use in an unsafe or illegal context is solely the User's responsibility and is in violation of these Terms.
All performance figures produced by Dynotrix — including 0–100 km/h times, quarter-mile ET, wheel BHP, and torque — are estimates only. They are derived from smartphone GPS and motion sensors, which are subject to environmental interference, mounting position, device variation, and signal quality.
We make no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any measurement produced by the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on an Android device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

The free version of Dynotrix provides core performance measurement features at no charge, supported by non-intrusive banner advertising via Google AdMob. Advertisements are never shown on the Live Run screen.
Dynotrix Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription via Google Play In-App Billing. Pro features include ad-free experience, unlimited run history, advanced analytics, and vehicle comparison. Current pricing is displayed in the App and on our website.
During the beta period, you may access certain features or the full app free of charge. By participating in the beta you agree to:
Beta features may be changed, restricted, or removed before or after general release. Participation in the beta does not entitle you to a paid subscription.
The App, its source code, design, user interface, trademarks, and all content (including "Dynotrix" and the Dynotrix logo) are the exclusive property of Jupiter Meta or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any performance data you record. By using the App you grant us no rights over that data except as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dynotrix, Jupiter Meta, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Upon termination, all licences granted to you cease immediately. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL and within the App under Settings → Terms & Conditions. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be referred to informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
